Eco-mode extends lamp life
With just a slight 20% decrease in brightness, the ECO-mode function of the Viewsonic PJD5122 SVGA DLP Projector, can extend the life of its lamp by almost 50%, which can translate to up to 6,000 hours in some cases! Other benefits of the ECO operating mode include reduced power consumption, less heat production and vastly reduced fan noise output while the projector is operating. It's good for the environment, but also great for your wallet! The ECO-mode function will definitely help lower this projector's total cost of ownership even further!
Off to Go
The direct off feature allows the busy presenter to simply unplug the projector and go without waiting for the usual cool down phase. This feature also protects lamp life from sudden power blackouts.
3D DLP Link ready
Supports up to 120Hz frame rate. DLP Link is the technology that synchronizes the 3D display to the active glasses. (3D-ready projectors are meant to be used with HTPCs with the dual-DVI 3D cards and suitable 3D software and active LCD glasses. Does not accept HDMI 1.4a and direct 3D output from 3D players).
