Skype and PSTN PC-Less Skype DECT 2-in-1 Cordless Phone

This is a stand-alone PC-Less Skype DECT 2-in-1 cordless phone that allows users to access both the PSTN and Skype network. The PC-Less Skype DECT is implemented with an embedded Skype software, which incorporates most of the Skype features such as Voicemail, call forwarding and Skype-In/Skype-Out services.

Without having to connect to a PC or laptop, Skype™ users are able to enjoy the benefits of Skype™ - free international calls peer-to-peer and inexpensive local or overseas calls with Skype In/ Out. Being a standalone unit, users can gain the convenience of being PC-free while on Skype™ 24/7.

To extend the usage in homes or offices, the DECT base is capable of registering up to 4 handsets for intercom calls.

The Skype user contact list is shown on a 1.5" colour handset screen. The users can easily see their contacts' status and profiles, as well as their Skype credit balances for SkypeOut. New users can be added on the handset.

There are separate call lists for both the PSTN and Skype Calls, and the users can easily identity the call lists as either from PSTN or Skype. The phone has speakerphone, keypad backlight and polyphonic ring tones as standard features.
