Job Description
- Responsible for daily operation of Itechcare Department.
- Plan and manage the team to achieve the department goals and overall customer satisfaction objective.
- Liaise with Suppliers/Customer and Licensees to resolve any problems.
- Perform the management role of planning, procedure defining, directing, organising, leading, monitoring and controlling within the department.
- Accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire department in the achievement of its objectives.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT technical Support or Customer Service or Telemarketing.
- Should be independent, possess strong management skills.
- Possess good technical knowledge on ICT products.
