Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. |

Membership card must be presented to enjoy discount and previleges. |

|
RM30 fee is chargeable for every card replacement. |
|

Membership is valid for 12 months. Before expiry, you may renew the card for another 12 months by paying the annual fee accordingly. |

|
You must maintain up-to-date particulars via www.itechcare.com.my/membership.php. Itechcare shall not be accountable for any loss of member pivileges or other resulting consequences. |

|
Minimum savings of RM60 is guaranteed over 12 months membership period. If total saving is less than RM60, the difference will be refunded within 30 days upon receiving the online claim form at www.itechcare.com.my/claim_form.php. |

In the event of any disputes, all decisions by Itechcare are final. No corresponce will be entertained. |

Itechcare reserves the right to amend or withdraw any term, condition and member benefits without notice. |

The membership card is the property of Itechcare Computers (M) Sdn Bhd. |
