Our one-year guarantee covers any defective parts or compatibility issues with the parts installed by Itechcare. Like any other computer company, we do not cover issues that arise from use or misuse, such as customer-installed software or hardware compatibility / defection issues, nor instability or data/hardware loss due to viruses. Itechcare recommends that every computer system have a source of virus protection, and we a Norman partner and can supply Norman software at great prices.
On Services
Our services will be performed by skilled people to a high standard at all times. We will give our customers options but recommend what we believe to be the best solution for the customer and complete the work in a reasonable time. Our pricing is usually agreed prior to the work being started but if an agreement is not made we charge at rates which are fair market rates.
