99.999% Uptime. This means almost zero downtime for users. By connecting to multiple ISPs, all links are used actively and automatically back up each other in case of individual service outage. The only time your Internet will not be working is when all 4 ISP internet connections fail, which is almost impossible!
Note:
- Load balancing doesn't increase connection speed of any single connection. Its benefits are realized over multiple users connections. eg. For 4 users and 4 ISP lines, each user will be automatically assigned to each line with full speed access to each connections.
- Fail-over / redundancy are realized even in a single user environment. Should one line fails, another takes over automatically.
