This Enterprise Grade Voice Recorder Server is a stand-alone unit that provides 8 analogue telephone lines recording, expandable up to 128. With 250GB hard disk, up to 17,000 hours of recording can be stored. Status monitoring software reminds administrator the capacity of hard disk. SMDR interface synchronizes the call log of PBX/KTS. On each voice log, it contains date/time, call duration, from/to telephone number, line number and extension number.

When users want to retrieve data or do settings, they can use PC to log into the device via LAN (local area network) or Internet. Users can easily download the data to the PC and backup into other storage media (eg PC hard disk, CD, DVD).

Ethical Issues
While there is no law against recording a phone conversation, it is common courtesy to inform the other party that calls will be recorded.
